It's been a while ...

... and unfortunately it'll be a little bit longer. My body refused to function as it normally should and therefore I have been stuck in the hospital for basically two and a half week now. I know this doesn't explain the whole time, but then again, my body hadn't really been functioning properly for some time before I was able to convince the doctors.

Everything is on the right way, temperatures are down to normal and infections under control. Hopefully I will be released back to the wild early next week :o)
