Since it has officially started raining babies around me I decided it's time to give them their place in the links on the sidebar. I still have some address collecting to do but it shouldn't take that long to finish.
I admit I have some mixed feeling about these procreation all around me, but thankfully enough it hasn't started affecting me yet. All in good time folks.

Oh, and I decided not to send out any Christmas cards this year, so the fact that you didn't receive one doesn't mean I have forgotten about you, just decided to skip the process this year.

To all of you I wish you a very merry Christmas :o)

PS. I'm stuck at my parents house till after New Year since I won't have any toilet facilities in my flat till then. .

This blog should have been posted on Wednesday December 6th.

That was a big day in my life.
After a long waiting period the deed on my flat was finally signed. It was a four year anniversary since I was given a second chance of life and I passed my first test of stamina since my rebirth. I scored in the upper half of the average. The worst part is behind me and nowhere to go but up.

Thinking back it is an incredible change. In only four years I have been transformed from the ghost I was to a healthy individual with nothing but bright future ahead. I bear my scar as the only proof.

Five weeks from now I will be back in Sweden. I have a lot to do till then. My bathroom is still a mess. But hopefully we will see some change next week, I will at least need to find a new toilet this weekend, I'd rather not have to live a day without that.
Here I am, not able t imagine one day without a toilet when according to the Icelandic newspaper 80% of homes in the countryside in India are without such facilities. Where you are brought into this world really defines who you are. What different challenges you are faces with in life. Or time, think about it this way, I would likely not have survived if I was born 30 years earlier. At times it is scary how fast technology and science grows. And here I am today, trying to contribute to just that, science.

I better stop babbling and get back to work, I have a thesis to write :o)

Last weekend was a little bit different than most others. I spent is demolishing my bathroom, including the shelf, sink, and tiles on walls and floor. The result, scratches, bruises and cuts on my hand, yep, you guessed it, I'm kinda clumsy with a hammer in my hand. Nothing broken so far so I will surely survive ;o).

I really look forward to having a new bathroom. But since I'm moving back to Sweden in just over a month, the enjoyment will be short lived for now.

As you can see, there's no shower available at the moment, and the floor tiles are mostly gone as well. Make sure to bring shoes you can easily slip into if you decide to come by for a visit ;o)
