Burgler alarms have their pros, but damn I always get a slight shock when the alarm at work is activated. I guess it must be because the sound is so annoying...
I'll end up with a heart attack some Saturday evening alone at work =P

Sometimes I'm really slow.. I've been walking around with half wornof black nailpolish from last weekend, wondering how long it will take me to scratch it off. You see, I don't have any nailpolish remover. The funny thing is I work in a lab, and what do we have in just about every lab there is, yup, that's right, acetone, the ultimate nailpolish remover, maybe not the best for your skin, but it works like a charm...
It only took me a week ! ;)

Var að reka augun í fréttina á mbl þar sem sagt var frá áðila sem notaði tíuþúsundkall til að greiða fyrir vörur í matvöruverslun á klakanum nýlega. Eins og maður gerir stólpagrín að Kananum, þá eigum við Íslendingar greinilega okkar sauði líka.
Leyfi mér að vona að yfirvofandi atvinnuleysi geri það að verkum að við fáum hæfara fólk til vinnu þar sem þess þarf...

Word of the Day:
Every morning I receive an email introducing the word of the day. This morning it sparked some thoughts. Today, I got this one:
tontine
noun, an annuity shared by subscribers to a loan or common fund, the shares increasing as subscribers die until the last survivor enjoys the whole income.
What I can't help but wonder is, did the subscribers try to kill off each other...
